PROBLEM
Texecom is the UK’s biggest security firm, but they were still operating within the constraints of printed installation and user manuals. They needed a way to provide users across global markets with key information on the move, in a way which cost effectively provided a means through which to make changes in real time with the launch of new products and innovation.

SOLUTION
We built TexecomPro using the SSA framework, a fully native app offering a unified point of access that put news, chat and vital installation and product communication and information at their third-party installers’ fingertips.

RESULTS
By converting over 5,000 pages of A4 literature into mobile-led e-manuals (supporting both video & FAQ content), we were able to save the business £1.3m in print costs.
